For my part, the inevitable concern over practical issues evaporated so rapidly when questions of minute detail were anticipated and answered with greater clarity than indeed they were asked, that I was impressed in a way that those in the company I ran until recently would barely have believed possible. Service excellence is part of the mantra I have repeated for years but so rarely have I seen it in practice. Extraordinarily well done and thank you so much.
